Days and Hours: Monday-Thurs 2pm-5pm; Friday 9am-3pm

Job Description:

• Greet students who come into the Tutoring Center in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist students with signing into TutorTrac system.
• Escort students into the tutoring rooms and introduce them to the tutor. 
• Scan and index documents for document imaging.
• Perform administrative support for the Office of Tutoring Services including but not limited to reception,  typing reports, copying and filing.
• Use discretion to evaluate and resolve matters.
• Do data entry –TutorTrac. 
• Conduct all assistance with confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

•            High School diploma or equivalent; 
•            Experience with computerized information systems.
•            Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•            Excellent customer service skills.
•            Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
•            Excellent communication skills; both oral and writing.
