Job Description:
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
Greet students who come into the Tutoring Center in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Assist students with signing into TutorTrac system.
Escort students into the tutoring rooms and introduce them to the tutor.
Scan and index documents for document imaging.
Perform administrative support for the Office of Tutoring Services including but not limited to reception, typing reports, copying and filing.
Use discretion to evaluate and resolve matters.
Do data entry –TutorTrac.
Conduct all assistance with confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent;
Experience with computerized information systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication skills; both oral and writing.
