Position Information: Working with the Associate Dean of Student Affairs for the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, establishes the long-term organizational goals for graduate student services & enrollment management to meet the College's long-range plans. Has organization-wide impact on various functions in Graduate Student Recruitment and Admissions, Enrolled Student Support and Retention, and Graduate Student Financial Support including Fellowships, Scholarships, and Employment and Personnel. Graduate Enrollment Management, Course and Program approvals, TA Allocation, alternative course management strategies, and Graduate Program management including program reviews and alumni relations. Works as a strategic partner and leader to the current Graduate Student Service Advisors within CHASS to develop and implement best practices for each unit.
The full salary range for this position is $64,300 - $114,300 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $64,300.00 - $91,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Required

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of University-specific computer application programs and knowledge of University and departmental principles and procedures involved in risk assessment and evaluating risks as to likelihood and consequences.
