Job Description Summary:
The Associate Registrar, Student Records and Customer Service is responsible for managing the daily operational functions of the front office and oversight of staff in assigned area including hiring, training, evaluation, coaching, and development. Oversees the student records functions of transcript and verification processing, residency updates, program of study changes, high school transcript processing, and all office customer service activities, including in-person and email interactions. The Associate Registrar, Student Records and Customer Service is also responsible for allied health admissions, the exceptional tuition refund appeal process, and other supervisory functions where discretionary decision-making is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATIONANDEXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Three years of experience in a position in a college or university registrar's office or in another higher education student services area
Two years of supervisory experience

Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of email, the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle or feel objects and controls. Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to, a personal computer, scanner, calculator, copier, and fax machine. Some climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions.
OTHERREQUIREMENTS
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English.
