Bachelor's degree required, degree in Liberal Arts, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services and Master's degree preferred. Two (2) years of experience required in Human Services working with adults requiring academic and/or employment support (i.e. case management, employment services, and/or student services).

Plan, schedule, and coordinate intake and assessment sessions with prospective students.
Recommend courses and programs to prospective students based on their interests and ability levels.
Provide enrollment reports, updates, and other enrollment information to Job Network staff regularly.
Provide superior customer service and solution to problems for agencies and students.
Develop and maintain strong communication and collaboration with other Job Network staff.
Maintain accurate records and document progress and outcomes in compliance with state, federal, Baltimore Department of Social Services and Baltimore County Court system guidelines.
Identify and access resources and/or referrals for issues such as housing, medical, mental health, education, work attire, and job retention.
Supervise three part-time staff who complete SNAP outreach and benefit screening.
