Co-develop and lead student organization operations and the organization of Student Life events/programming to meet the needs of a diverse student body.
Develop and facilitate a comprehensive experiential leadership program that provides students with diverse opportunities to build and enhance their skills.
Advise the Student Planning Activities Committee (PAC).
Develop and implement student Welcome Week activities to foster community building and create an engaging experience.
Co-coordinate the Century College graduation ceremony.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: (expected to have to enter job)
Bachelor's degree.
Three years of increasingly responsible experience in a college student services program with student leadership, campus event management, co-curricular programming, publications and social media, and student organization development.
Evidence of commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Driving is an integral part of responsibilities – Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.

Masters in College Student Personnel, Student Affairs, Higher Education, or related field.
Experience with development and growth of new programming.
Experience developing and facilitating student leadership programming.
Supervisory experience of student workers and/or graduate interns.
Previous work experience with community college populations.
Ability to make data-driven decisions regarding programmatic efforts.
