Job Description:

• Co-develop and lead student organization operations and the organization of Student Life events/programming to meet the needs of a diverse student body.
• Develop and facilitate a comprehensive experiential leadership program that provides students with diverse opportunities to build and enhance their skills.
• Advise the Student Planning Activities Committee (PAC).
• Develop and implement student Welcome Week activities to foster community building and create an engaging experience.
• Co-coordinate the Century College graduation ceremony.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Three years of increasingly responsible experience in a college student services program with student leadership, campus event management, co-curricular programming, publications and social media, and student organization development.
• Evidence of commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Driving is an integral part of responsibilities – Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters in College Student Personnel, Student Affairs, Higher Education, or related field.
• Experience with development and growth of new programming.
• Experience developing and facilitating student leadership programming.
• Supervisory experience of student workers and/or graduate interns.
• Previous work experience with community college populations.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions regarding programmatic efforts.
