Master's Degree in College Student Personnel, Education, Human Services, Higher Education in Student Affairs or related field.
Outstanding organizational, planning, communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with students in a residential environment.
Experience in staff supervision and team building.
