Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business is looking for a Associate Director of Operations. This position helps support the mission of Baylor University by developing and maintaining relationship with students. The Associate Director of Operations is responsible for leading student services for the Online MBA and Certificate programs.
A Bachelor's Degree, three years of experience and an active Christian faith is required. A masters degree and five years of experience is preferred.
All applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain relationships with enrolled students, by monitoring degree progression, registration status, career goals, and academic struggles.
Communicate degree requirements to students and work with students to resolve issues.
Create Baylor experience for online students who are not required to ever be on campus, by organizing student activities both virtually and in-person.
Monitor and communicate with inactive students with the goal of helping students reengage and complete degree requirements.
Provide guidance to Assistant Director for Online Programs regarding student registration deadlines and course offerings.
Update and maintain Bear's Den, communication platform in Canvas.
Monitor and send out faculty evaluations every term.
Serve as advocate for students who have issues with program and/or faculty.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
Ability to comply with University policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
