Position Information: This is an On-Campus Position. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, the incumbent will coordinate all special events and programs sponsored by the Undergraduate (UG) Programs Office, i.e. Student Development Fund, Coffee Chats, and Business Student Leadership conference, including all aspects of event management, i.e. logistics, and purchasing. Provides advice and assistance to students on academic and degree progress and major requirements; assists students in determining a major, alternative academic option, resolving scheduling conflicts, and similar issues.
The full salary range for the Undergraduate Assistant Programs Coordinator is $51,600.00 - $87,000.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.

Department Custom Scope This is an on-campus position. Under the supervision of the Director, the incumbent will coordinate all special events and programs sponsored by the Undergraduate (UG) Programs Office, such as Coffee Chats, Career Events, Academic Events, and Student Leadership conferences. This includes all aspects of event management, such as logistics and purchasing. The incumbent will also provide advice and assistance to students on academic and degree progress and major requirements. Assists students in determining a major, alternative academic option, resolving scheduling conflicts, and similar issues. The program coordinator will support the Director with aspects of the office administration and operations that directly impact students, faculty, student workers, staff, and the graduate advising department.

Creating and maintaining Canvas/elearn accounts with Undergraduate Business Programs information. Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the UG email account ie, general email correspondence to students and stakeholders. Monitoring and updating (as needed) UG databases, website, and social media accounts. Student Orientation: Coordinate orientation(s) for new School of Business undergraduate students.
