Position Information: Under the direction of the Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) Director, the Associate Director is responsible for the collection, analyses, policy interpretation as it pertains to undergraduate college admission, data management, and reporting of the Center for Educational and Community Outreach Programs (CECOP). Based on data analysis and reporting, the incumbent is responsible for making recommendations to CECOP Directors, school administrators, and managers regarding undergraduate admissions readiness. Occasional travel is required. The incumbent will work occasional weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and evenings to assist as needed with program events and activities.
The full salary range for the EAOP Associate Director position is $56,000 - $96,400 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $71,150 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.

Applicant must have knowledge and experience in data management, evaluation, and assessment tools. Computer Literate; Strong working proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Qualtrics, and Google apps. The candidate is required to have knowledge and experience working and managing Google Apps for Education. Applicant must demonstrate proficiency in website design and management.

This position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, managing data collection processes, and compiling comprehensive reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in database software, and the ability to communicate complex data findings effectively.
The position will guide the director on how objectives can be met based on data reports. Collaborate with the Office of the President on related state-wide initiatives including system-wide Student Academic Preparation & Education Partnerships (SAPEP). Prepare written reports outlining the program's outcomes and effectiveness and write the EAOP annual narrative and research report for the Office of the President. As a key member of the EAOP Management team, the Associate Director will assist with overall program outcomes, evaluation, and assessment.
