QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required (an advanced degree is strongly preferred);
High level of personal and professional integrity and ethical values;
Superb critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills;
Strategic thinker and planner, able to impact all elements of TJ;
Experience in operations (finance and accounting, marketing and communication, development, and the student experience to include recruitment and retention);
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and productively with various internal and external stakeholders;
Able to serve as the “face of TJ” and move the community to philanthropic support;
Ability to set organizational and individual goals, measure progress, and ensure accountability;
Knowledge of, and experience with, college preparatory curriculum and pedagogy and course offerings across the K-12 spectrum;
Commitment to quality education for all students and an unwavering focus on student development and success.
