Job Description: The purpose of this position is to help students develop skills, behaviors and habits that contribute to success in college. The position will use non-cognitive assessments to determine appropriate support resources for under-served students; meet with under-served students to establish student success plans and monitor academic progress; ensure students are registered for courses in the subsequent semester; and continually assess the effectiveness of retention initiatives. This is accomplished by analyzing results of non-cognitive motivational assessments to determine appropriate outreach to students; collaborating with the Information and Technology Services Department (ITS) to establish and maintain the online academic
