JOB SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Director of Student Success, Equity, and Inclusion at the Waterbury campus, the CAPS Program Specialist  (Student Services Program Coordinator) will support the development and administration of program activities and educational support for the Center for Access & Postsecondary Success (CAPS). In addition, the CAPS Program Specialist organizes, plans, and executes projects in support of the department's mission to help students succeed in their transition to college, promote their persistence, and encourage their holistic development and engagement at UConn.This position reports to the Director for Student Success, Equity, & Inclusion.DUTIES AND RE
