Guided by the mission of DePaul University, within the guidelines of the NCAA, the BIG EAST Conference, and DePaul University, and reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Academic Advising and Student-Athlete Development, the Assistant Director for Athletic Academic Advising, serves as an advocate/ally for student-athletes and assists them in navigating the University from the initial recruitment stages through job placement or graduate school acceptance upon graduation. The Assistant Director also oversees the department’s book scholarship, technology and equipment checkout programs.
