JOB SUMMARYThe Financial Literacy Coach (Student Services Program Coordinator) will work at the Waterbury campus with the RISE Scholars and under the Center for Access and Postsecondary Success (CAPS). They will promote retention and graduation of undergraduate students from traditionally underserved backgrounds by providing individualized financial literacy support and coaching through one-on-one and group sessions, and connections to relevant campus and community resources. They will also participate in several projects to promote our students' successful transition, persistence, and success at the Waterbury campus.This position reports to the Director for Student Success, Equity, & Inclusion.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
