The position of Program Coordinator for Dialogue Initiatives is a 12-month, full-time Administrative and Professional Staff (A&PS) position. This position reports to the Senior Assistant Dean and Director of the Multicultural Resource Commons. The Program Coordinator works closely with the Director of the MRC to help train student facilitators to create brave spaces utilizing intergroup dialogue tools. Using a peer to peer sustained dialogue model, the coordinator will create opportunities and set conditions for relational growth and development, where students are challenged to foster healthy discourse amongst their peers.
