The Residence Hall Director facilitates daily operations of a residence hall housing between 300 to 1000 students and is responsible for creating a diverse, academically conducive, secure and healthy residential community while providing intentional programming to assist with the psychosocial development needs of students and implementing the learning outcomes of the University and the Division of Student Affairs.
