Provide and ensure quality housing accommodations, programs and services for Loyola Marymount University students. Lead and oversee the Resident Services staff team including direct supervision of the Housing Services Manager, the Assistant Director of Operations and the Assistant Director of Occupancy and Systems. Coordinate auxiliary services provided for students living in university housing. Establish processes and enforce policies related license agreements, building occupancy, assignments and record maintenance for approximately 3700+ students living in approximately seventeen facilities, including on and off-campus owned and leased properties.This is a live-on position which includes participation in the 24-hour Assistant Director on-call duty rotation.
