The School of Art at Carnegie Mellon University seeks an adjunct instructor to teach "Foundations: Time-Based Media," a practical introduction to video, sound, and animation within the context of the arts. In this course students develop the skills and confidence to produce time-based artworks that utilize moving-image and sound, discuss their work in relation to current digital art practices, and critically engage new technologies.
