The incumbent will serve as a point person to the College regarding LGBTQ+ issues and concerns. The director will support and mentor LGBTQ+ students and related student organizations and develop programs that are responsive to their needs. Finally, the Director will contribute to promote awareness, understanding, and appreciation of diversity and inclusion on campus. Primary Position Responsibilities Host programs to build community for LGBTQ+ students.Manage the operation of the Penthouse including managing the budget, hiring, training and supervising work-study students.
