College Counselor
The Assistant Director of College Counseling will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the college search and application process for an assigned group of students. The college counseling program is an integral part of the upper school experience and embodies the mission, philosophy and objectives of the school.  There are approximately 430 students in the upper school (grades 9-12) and 3.5 FTE positions dedicated to college counseling (2 full-time and 3 part-time).   Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Serve as college counselor for a group of Pembroke Hill students in grades 10,11, and 12. Size of the group will depend on the size of the graduating class, typically a range of 25-30 students per grade level.  Build relationships with these students an
