Founded in 1879, Curry College is a private, four-year, liberal arts-based institution in Milton Massachusetts. Under the direction of the Director of Admission Marketing, the Assistant Director of Admission Marketing provides support to the overall recruitment efforts as it pertains to the oversight of on and off-campus events for prospective students, families, group visitors and key referral sources. This individual is responsible for the overall campus visit experience, event planning and execution, and some marketing strategy and automation within the College's CRM (Salesforce/Pardot). This individual also supervises the student tour guides and maintains the Admission Office social media accounts.
1. Oversight and Planning of On & Off-Campus Events and Daily Visitor Experience:
Executes the planning, coordination, and assessment of on and off-campus admission events for prospective students and families, school counselors and other relevant stakeholders;
Manages team of student tour guides by recruiting, hiring, training, and assessing job performance;
Works in partnership with the Director of Admission Marketing to develop event promotions and marketing through a variety of digital channels, including email automation, texting and social media;
Works with Athletics, Academic Affairs, Faculty, Student Affairs, and student groups to organize/arrange personalized visits for students and families, including classroom visits.
2. Contribute to Recruitment Marketing Functions:
Assist with creating dynamic, automated communication workflows in Salesforce/Pardot targeting specific populations throughout the enrollment cycle to support application generation, application completion, lead nurturing, campus visit attendance, etc;
Assist with deployment of cost-effective, paid social media advertising campaigns to build brand awareness, drive website traffic, and gain impressions;
Operate the Admission department's social media channels - Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, YouTube and Snapchat - while working closely with the College's Social Media coordinators to align all recruitment efforts accordingly.
Conducts personal interviews with prospective students in order to assess their interests and goals and familiarize them with the College's programs and offerings,
May be responsible for local and/or overnight travel including travel to and participation in high school college fairs and panel presentations during peak travel seasons,
Respect and maintain confidentiality, parameters of operation, professional protocols, and individual privacy,
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor of his/her designee.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of four years' experience in college admissions, event planning, marketing or similar field is required.
Strong computing skills and efficiency utilizing computing applications on the systems and programs of College's choice; currently by way of example, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Banner.
Occasional overtime is required to complete job assignments and meet deadlines during peak season.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
Ability to travel and valid driver's license required.
Master's degree is preferred.
Experience using digital marketing automation software; i.e., Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Constant Contact, HubSpot.
