Position Summary Provides leadership and direction for the residence halls in a neighborhood and is the residential representative for neighborhood initiatives.  Supervises and evaluates live-in professional staff and provides leadership for undergraduate, graduate and full-time staff indirect reports.  Acts as liaison between campus partners, including the Engagement Center, and the residential units within the neighborhood.  Other duties include, but not limited to: chair of committees and liaison for institutional committees; participate in on-call duty support and respond to crisis situations; coordinates with conduct and care staff  behavior and/or mental health issues; implementation of the residential curriculum in the neighborhood; implement initiatives and develop neig
