Administrative Coordinator
Reporting to the Associate Dean for Finance and Administration, the Administrative Coordinator provides primary financial and HR administrative support to the Harvard College Dean's Office (HCDO). This role is responsible for processing financial and HR transactions, updating regular reports, reviewing and reconciling data, and supporting HCDO's recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and payroll processes. The Administrative Coordinator supports the work of the Administration & Finance team by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and supporting College event logistics. The position also works closely with College Department Administrators, FAS Finance, and FAS HR to communicate guidance, uphold policies, and provide operational support in service to the mission of the College.
