Advertised Job Summary:
Under general supervision this position completes work orders that require the loading and unloading, transportation and safe handling of furniture and appliances. The Move Crew Position will operate warehouse equipment and large trucks to perform work. They are required to accurately complete work orders and other documents. They act as a lead directing small work teams of temporary staff during the summer and other times during special projects. They are the lead to assist with move-in/move-out recycling programs. This position will oversee the proper stocking of materials, supplies and tools to carry out inspections and small repairs to furniture and appliances. Communicates regularly throughout the day with managers, work crews and customers.
