Bachelor's degree required, degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration and Master's Degree preferred. Experience in Admissions or Student Services working with diverse student populations is required. A minimum of three (3) years of prior experience preferred. Prior experience working with high school students is preferred.

Develop and implement goals and objectives in coordination with senior management.
Remain knowledgeable about the College, its structure, culture, policies, and practices.
Serve as point of contact for internal and external organizations.
Serve as an advocate for the College and its students, as required.
Represent the college at networking events, affinity groups, and business and industry associations.
Serve as liaison between College departments, faculty and/or staff, as required.
