Under the direction of the Associate Dean of Students, the Assistant Director of Inclusion Programs will serve in a two year, full time position and is responsible for supporting the development of a comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion plan and providing student centered engagement opportunities through club support services and the implementation of co-curricular programs designed to enhance the growth and development of all students. The Assistant Director will provide a variety of cultural, social and educational programs and experiences for all students to engage with the campus and community.
