Upward Bound (UB) is a federally funded TRIO program that serves first-generation, economically disadvantaged, and disabled students. Services provided to UB participants are incorporated into approved program objectives that meet secondary school completion and postsecondary school entry goals.

From June 26, 2022, through August 5, 2022, up to twenty college-bound high school students in Baltimore City and Metro Region will participate in an intensive academic program on the campus of Towson University. Residential Coordinators will reside on campus during the six-week program.
