Description of Work:
The Graduate Programs Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans to meet enrollment goals for the online graduate business programs. This position will manage the recruitment funnel and use program data to track enrollment trends and guide program marketing and recruitment. This position will collaborate with multiple constituencies and our marketing team to design, develop and implement targeted marketing and campaigns. This highly visible position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build new and cultivate existing relationships with companies and prospective students. The recruiter serves as the primary recruiting presence at corporate recruiting events, trade shows, graduate fairs and career fairs. The applicant should have strong organizational skills, the ability to document conversations and utilize data in the customer relationship management database to determine the effectiveness of different recruiting and marketing campaigns. Additionally, this position will respond to inquiries about our programs and maintain contact with prospective students interested in the online graduate business programs. A successful applicant will also plan and coordinate engagement opportunities for current and prospective students. Serving as our primary recruiting presence at recruiting events may require work outside standard office hours and some travel.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of audiences. Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills required.
Masters degree preferred. Familiarity with customer relationship management software. Education or experience in public relations, marketing, sales, retention, or customer service. Experience in recruiting, admissions, registration or a student services related area. Experience must include public speaking.
