The Barnard Store Manager is responsible for the planning and day-to-day operations of the Barnard College on-site and online merchandise stores. This includes providing extraordinary customer service for visitors, sourcing and purchasing merchandise, inventory management, partnering with internal departments to maximize opportunities, maintaining third party vendor relationships, and developing long-term strategies to connect the Store to the Barnard Community.
Reporting to the Director of Auxiliary Services, this position manages the hiring, training and scheduling of student staff, and requires occasional weekends and evening hours.

Required Qualification Summary:
3- 5 years of experience in retail store management
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
