Position Summary Join a vibrant campus community whose excellence is reflected in its diversity and student success.  West Chester University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Athletics invites applications for a full-time Head Coach of Strength and Conditioning.   Working in conjunction with the coaches and the athletic trainers, this position is responsible for developing and monitoring performance training programs for 24 NCAA Division II athletic teams plus cheerleading. The Head Coach for Strength & Conditioning will facilitate the instruction of all student-athletes in proper resistance training exercise technique, agility development, speed enhancement and general conditioning.
