Job DescriptionThis position exists to facilitate the operation of the Enrollment Services department by providing quality customer service to current students, prospective students, faculty and staff.The purpose of this position is to be the front facing first point of contact to provide detailed procedural information and assistance to internal and external customers while providing friendly, accurate, and timely information on issues related to Admissions, Records and Registration, student accounts, general college knowledge. This includes lead administrative and processing duties in said areas.
