Job Summary:
Coordinates testing services at all Lake Michigan College campuses.
Essential Functions:
Works together with other team members to schedule, administer and proctor high-stakes placement, certification, out-of-class, and national/international standardized testing for LMC courses, other colleges, institutions, and professional organizations, with the highest integrity.
Ensures security of test materials; verifies eligibility and identity of testing applicants; troubleshoots computer equipment and software.
Maintains individual certifications for all testing platforms administered in the department.
Coordinates testing appointments and assigns proctor duties to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow; disseminates information about service schedule.
Understands and uses student information databases and related program platforms and prepares reports for Testing Services.
Prepares and organizes testing materials in accordance with individual testing requirements and with established testing protocol and guidelines; develops seating plans, assigns proctoring duties, and prepares testing facilities.
Assist in the enforcement of test security policies and procedures before, during, and after testing.
Provide guidance to less experienced testing personnel or work studies; inventory and distribute testing materials and supplies; maintain files according to records schedules.
Communicates with faculty, staff and students to ensure timely, secure, accurate and consistent delivery of testing services; coordinates with complementary services offered in other departments.
Coordinates services for students with accommodation needs as requested by Student Wellbeing and Accessibility.
Answer telephones, schedule appointments, greet test clients, provide information and materials, and answer questions; operate office and computer equipment, perform data processing and maintain record databases using a variety of computer software programs.
Provides exemplary customer service to all stakeholders.

Associate degree and excellent word processing, spreadsheet and database skills required. Bachelors degree and experience in a community college environment preferred. Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong detail and organization skills, and an understanding of community college students and the broader community. Some travel to other LMC campuses may be required.
Grade: Salary Range: $16.42 - $20.60
