Position Summary:
The staff psychologist will provide weekly individual therapy to students at YU undergrad or graduate level. He/She will bring specific expertise that is needed and will have experience working with college student mental health and proven success with YU students specifically if possible.
Position Responsibilities:
Individual therapy
Outreach to students and staff
Provide consultation to other counselors and staff
Experience & Educational Background:
Licensed psychologist preferable
A licensed social worker with several years of experience
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in evidence-based therapy modalities
Experience with college student mental health
Excellent writing skills
Interest in speaking and educating students and faculty on areas such as mental well-being, drugs, and alcohol, suicide prevention
Application Instructions:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
