The Vice President for Strategic Enrollment and Retention Management will play a critical role in leading efforts to grow undergraduate and graduate enrollment and drive efforts to strengthen retention, persistence, and graduation rates for the College. The Vice President will be data-driven to develop progressive admissions and retention initiatives that help ensure the College's future success. The Vice President will be instrumental in driving increases to new enrollments, retention, persistence, and graduation rates by developing and implementing comprehensive, collaborative, and student-centered enrollment strategies.
