POSITION SUMMARY: The Worship and Discipleship Director is a full-time, 12-month position within the Department of Spiritual Life that seeks to facilitate discipleship and spiritual formation opportunities for students, faculty, and staff at HCU and to build a vibrant, excellent, God-glorifying worship ministry to lead during Convocation, for other key University events, and in the local community.
