Brief Description of Position:  Under the general guidance of the Assistant Director of Records and Registration (CE) and Dean of Student Services, this position is responsible for the data entry and maintenance of Workforce Continuing Education class files. Additional duties include providing support to the office of Records and Registration and Student Services. Perform secretarial/clerical support functions for the Assistant Director of Records and Registration (CE) and the office of Records and Registration. In the absence of the Division Assistant, provide office coverage which may include answering the telephone and assisting students in the reception area of Student Services.
