The Senior Director of Academic Success Programs under the direction of the Vice President of Enrollment Management and Associate Provost will provide support and leadership to the following areas: College Now, Freshman Year Initiative Program (Freshman College), SEEK, Instructional Support Services Program and Prestigious Scholarships. Additionally, the Senior Director will work collaboratively with the Division's Senior Director of Enrollment Management to coordinator enrollment, retention and graduation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
??? Collaborate with the college community to develop admissions pipelines, retention, completion, and student success strategies that support the College's mission of 90/30 by fostering and demonstrating educational innovation, program excellence, and institutional commitment to students and their successes.
??? Develop expected outcomes, both short-term and long-term, for each unit and its programs and services, evaluate the outcomes, and prepare feedback and reports.
??? Provide leadership and vision for program assessment and accreditation for the Division of Enrollment Management
??? Leverage technology to maximize student outcomes and organizational efficiencies.
??? Prepare and administer appropriate departmental budget and authorize expenditures.
??? Ensure academic policies are in line with and foster student success
??? Seek out external funding - participate in grant development, writing, and management.
??? Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and eight years' related experience required.
Possess superior leadership, management, financial, communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
Have a willingness to take risk to advance student success.
Demonstrate a commitment to shared governance and provide the leadership necessary to ensure its success.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of ten years of responsible higher education experience and a proven capacity to lead a wide variety of programs.
An advanced degree in a related field is preferred.

Designs, implements and monitors a comprehensive student support program based on targeted academic resources such as tutoring, remedial and/or other related support services

Manages professional, instructional and clerical staff
