The Executive Director of Graduate Business Career Services is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic vision, operational management, and growth of career services across Gatton College's six master's programs and four certificate programs. With a focus on preparing over 500 graduate business students for success in a competitive global job market, this position leads the development and delivery of innovative, high-impact career services, professional development courses, and employer engagement strategies.
This role requires a forward-thinking, data-driven leader capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve career services, develop new employer relationships, and achieve national recognition for the career outcomes of Gatton's graduate programs. Additionally, the Executive Director is responsible for overseeing career coaching, teaching a summer professional development course to the Full-Time MBA cohort, and ensuring the timely collection and analysis of employment outcomes data.
