Position Summary
Provide inclusive, trauma-informed crisis response services, continuity of care and support, education, advocacy, and appropriate resources for undergraduate, graduate and professional students who have been victimized and those impacted by sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape, dating or domestic violence, and stalking. This position will play a key role in leading and directing support for marginalized and vulnerable communities, particularly LGBTQIA communities.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
As part of the Relationship and Sexual Violence support team, offer continued care and support, including counseling services, interim supportive measures, education, information about navigating hospital care, insurance concerns, reporting options, and community resources with a particular focus on leading and directing support for marginalized and vulnerable communities, particularly LGBTQIA communities.
Develop and lead the Masculinity Project, working with masculine identified individuals.
Collaborate with RSVP staff and campus partners to provide outreach and education related to survivor support.
Supervise graduate practicum students who are doing research, evaluation, program development and graduate advising for the RSVP Center.
Jointly, with the counseling staff, provide confidential 24/7 crisis response services for the campus community.
Perform other duties as assigned.

$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
