Job Description: The Career Navigator position is funded by the Perkins Grant and supports IBAT's CTE students by serving as a central point of contact for students and offering intensive student support to enhance retention and completion. The Career Navigator provides on-going personal connections with business and accounting students and develops meaningful professional relationships with government and industry employers.Duties include but are not limited to: Meeting with IBAT business and accounting students to develop customized career plans; collaborates with the College Navigator and High School to College Bridge Navigator to coordinate college recruitment, success and career development initiative
