Position Summary
Leads the marketing, recruiting, and admissions functions (enrollment management) with the goal of increasing the number and quality of enrolled students. Drives the development and expansion of the pool of prospective students through strategic initiatives that target specific populations.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Enrollment Management Strategy Development, Planning and Implementation
Develops, integrates, coordinates, and executes enrollment management, marketing, and recruitment plans across the school as well as with partner schools and external support organizations. Ensures plans align with and meet school strategies, goals and objectives.
Develops and manages a data-driven marketing strategy that addresses desired target audiences, the broader marketing environment (regional, national, and global) for those audiences and competitors from regional institutions and national peer institutions.
Develops and executes a customer service-oriented approach and data-driven process for all student programs including qualifying leads, communicating with prospective students, cultivating strong applicant relationships, and tracking recruitment performance from inquiry to enrolled student.
Manages Graduate Slate in partnership with the Slate team including overseeing annual updates, internal admissions review process within the system, ongoing training, and analytics.
Marketing and Recruiting Operations
Manages and oversees digital presence and all in-bound and out-bound digital marketing and communication campaigns. Manages digital marketing efforts that such as website presence, landing pages, SEM/SEO, outbound email, social media, blogs, etc.
Performs ongoing market research and trend analysis to facilitate data-informed marketing strategies.
Develops and produces data-rich marketing and enrollment reports that incorporate measures of merit and metrics to assess and assure progress toward the strategy. Reports out regularly on status of marketing and enrollment management process execution and status.
Develops or oversees development of marketing materials including videos, print collateral, email communications, social posts, ads, reports and presentations.
Manages recruitment events and works to maximize yield at all stages of the enrollment funnel.
Ensures productive relationships with all service providers and agencies for marketing, recruitment and technology support.
Administration and Liaison
Supervises enrollment management personnel.
In collaboration with the leadership, develops and manages the marketing and enrollment management budgets.
Ensures marketing and enrollment management initiatives align with the universityâ™s marketing policies and plans. Partners with the schoolâ™s marketing and communications team on strategic efforts and secures supplemental support when required.
Actively collaborates with peer programs at the university and with other strategic partners to create strong, mutually beneficial enrollment management and marketing relationships. Engagement on Graduate Slate User Group.
Engages in national organizations (NAGAP, ASPPH, etc.) to represent the School of Public Health.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range
$75,200.00 - $128,800.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
