Linden Hall has identified several priorities for its next Head of School. Among them are effectively articulating and promoting the mission and value-added qualities of the school including its high-quality academic and co-curricular programs support for diversity and inclusion its rich history and traditions a commitment to all-girls education and a mixture of boarding and day options. Matters of financial sustainability including maintaining an effective enrollment management program and building a culture of philanthropy are also critical to the school’s ongoing success. Forging strong connections with alumnae a diverse group of parents as well as fostering collaborative professional relationships among staff are high among the set of expectations for this role. Linden Hall is looking to attract someone who can make a long-term commitment to leading the school and in so doing help to ensure an extended period of stability and prosperity. The Head of School reports to a Board of Trustees numbering 18 members and has direct oversight of a team of ten senior-level administrators. They include the Directors of Academic Affairs Student Affairs Enrollment Management Advancement Athletics College Counseling Dining Services Business and Finance Facilities and the Human Resources Manager and Technology Coordinator.
