Job Description: This position provides program administrative support for the Lender Center for Social Justice and the Coalition of Museums and Art Centers (CMAC). This includes logistical support, research administration, program and event planning, communications and outreach, and financial and budget reconciliation for various activities. This position will manage the selection processes for the Lender Center faculty and student fellowship programs.

Provide program coordination support for Lender Center annual symposium, community conversations, and other events as assigned.
Oversee calendar of events, actively collect programmatic information for posting on university and local event calendars.
Submit and update Chancellor and Provost attendance request for events.
Create opportunities for collaborative programming between Lender Center and CMAC members and other CNY-community stakeholders.
Support Artist-In-Residence program.
Work on special projects in central arts and humanities administration as assigned.
Maintain and update websites and shared promotional materials.
Assist with outreach to faculty, staff, student groups, and campus partners with opportunities for engagement with programs.
Oversee development of an arts and humanities e-newsletter that engages the SU community, CNY region, and anticipated international network.
Coordinate travel, process reimbursements, process honoraria and pro-card reconciliation.
Coordinate and participate in meetings, help facilitate strategic planning process that engages the mission and vision of CMAC and the Lender Center.
Collect data and devise methods to archive collective impact goals.
Coordinate fiscal administration and reporting of sponsored projects in partnership with principal investigators (PIs), Office of Research (OoR), and Office of Sponsored Accounting (OSA), including invoicing, reconciliation, and travel/expense reimbursement.
Monitor schedules for sponsor-required progress reporting and assist in completing reports as needed.
Facilitate pre-award processes to ensure complete and on-time submission of proposals for grants and contracts; prepare application components and documentation.
Develop project budgets considering sponsor and University policies; coordinate collaborative projects with campus partners.
Interpret sponsor guidelines and University policies in partnership with Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP).
Maintain knowledge of existing laws, policies, and procedures necessary to comply with Federal, State, University, and sponsor regulations concerning grants and contracts.
Serves as liaison to central units.
Work with the Lender Center director to organize and manage selection process for faculty and student fellows.
Oversee recruitment and selection process for Lender fellowship program.
