Job Summary: The Associate Director of Student Wellness works within an increasingly diverse environment, serving students and educating them in ways to develop themselves personally, educationally, and vocationally, as well as to enhance their overall well-being. This position will provide counseling, crisis intervention, and overall clinical outreach/educational services to the campus community. Responsibilities include intake, assessment, time-limited individual counseling, group counseling, outreach, consultation, and crisis intervention in the areas of mental health and wellness. The Associate Director will provide a comprehensive approach to well-being following the eight vectors of well-being for students. This position will also be responsible for collabora
