As a Full-Time Exempt Director of Enrollment Services/Registrar,you will provide leadership and strategic, innovative advancement of recruitment and enrollment services, including planning, organizing, facilitating, and evaluating the integrated services, functions and processes of Recruitment, Admissions, Registration, and Records. The Director oversees continuous improvement of cross-functional processes; fosters quality, student- and customer-oriented services; provides relevant enrollment data; directs the preparation of a variety of operational, narrative and statistical reports; maintains the integrity of student transcripts and pertinent records, and the archiving and distribution of academic records; implements new technology to improve student services; assures compliance with academic policies, processes, and external agency requirements, and uses institutional systems to oversee confidential academic records, and evaluate academic credit. This position aligns with the Student Services Work Plan and the College?s Strategic ?doing? Plan.

QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor?s degree required.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, outreach and marketing and 2 years supervisory experience
