St. John’s University is seeking a full-time licensed mental health professional within the University Center for Counseling and Consultation at the Queens campus who will provide clinical counseling services to the St. John’s School of Law student population. The individual will be responsible for providing mental health evaluations/intake assessments, individual counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention to a diverse population of students within a brief therapy framework. The individual will report to the Director of the Center for Counseling and Consultation and to the Law School’s Dean of Students and will have a physical presence in the CCC (Center for Counseling and Consultation) and the Law School.
