This position provides full time 12 months (1.0 FTE, 12 months) retention-focused services for eligible low-income first generation students according to TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) grant stipulations such that they achieve persistence and graduation rates comparable to LMU students who are not SSS eligible. The position oversees the tutor coordination for the Ignacio project. The position reports to the Director of the Student Support Services (SSS TRIO) Grant-Ignacio Program. All grant/categorical funded positions are contingent upon continued funding.POSITION SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Be responsible for 50 student cases.Coordinates all aspects of
