Job Summary: The College of Engineering (CoE) Graduate Advising Office seeks a dynamic and committed professional to join the team as a graduate advisor for prospective and current students. CoE graduate advisors engage students in decision making processes to promote student success, retention, and program completion. They maintain appropriate confidentiality, update graduate student records, and manage the admission process for assigned graduate programs. Additionally, graduate advisors work closely with graduate faculty and CoE Department staff to ensure the successful administration of the graduate programs. Central to their position, a graduate advisor strives to create a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive environment.
