Position Summary  The Assistant Director for Residence Life ensures the effective daily operations of a residential community housing 1,100-2,200 students. The Assistant Director is responsible for training, supervision, and evaluation of assigned professional and student staff; safety and security; and supervising the implementation of a residential curriculum. The Assistant Director works collaboratively with Care Advocates, Building Maintenance Workers, Community Police Officers, and other campus partners to ensure the development of a community that fosters intellectual growth, development, and emotional wellbeing.
